Three Greek consortia submit binding offers for the waste PPP of the Peloponnese Region

The bids were received upon conclusion of phase B (competitive dialogue) of the process. The selected private partner will undertake the design, financing, construction, maintenance and operation of the approx. 200.000 tpa facility for the integrated MSW management system for the region of Peloponnese for 28 years.

The waste management project of the Peloponnese Region is the second waste PPP project with binding offers after DIADYMA (West Macadonia), the first MSW PPP project in Greece announced with the competitive dialogue procedure, and the first waste management project that combines private resources and EU funds, via a PPP.
